Why Are You Running For District 145 School Board:

I am currently running for district 145 school board to help remove the barriers currently impacting the lack of communication between the Board of Education, Parents, and staff. I believe the educators should have a voice in what is being selected regarding our children’s curriculum. I would also like to bring greater accountability to the BOE as well as the district administration and staff. I would also like to see the Special Education students and staff receive the resources to provide the best possible education services available. Having two children that both received special education service I fully have seen the impact when the resources are scarce or unavailable.
